How do I cancel an order?

No matter how you placed your order with Astro Wholesale, you can easily manage and cancel your orders through our Planetary Portal. To cancel an order, follow these steps:

Log into the Planetary Portal: Access your account on the Planetary Portal where you can manage all your orders in one place.

Navigate to the Order Tab: Once logged in, go to the Order tab where you will find a comprehensive list of all your orders.

Awaiting Shipment Grid: Look for the Awaiting Shipment Grid. This section displays orders that are yet to be shipped and are potentially eligible for cancellation.

Cancel Button: If an order can be canceled, you will see a cancel button next to it. Simply click this button to initiate the cancellation process.

Please note that the availability of the cancel button depends on the status of the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow our return policy once you receive the item.
